I am unable to access the HDD...
It doesn't matter; Data Recover Center has developed the necessary tools to access the data, even when the BIOS doesn't detect the hard drive.

Using my HDD again...
Frequently the hard drive that have sustained damage, even when restored, tend to be very unstable. However, if it seems possible to use the HDD again, the technical staff will inform you.

My HDD is within warranty...
There is a possibility that, during recovery, it becomes necessary to break the warranty seal, in which case it would become void. However, if this is the case, you will be informed before we proceed.

My hard drive isn't within warranty...
Data Recover Center has a HDD recycling programme in which, without any additional charge, we will recycle your hard drive.

I perform daily backups...
It isn't enough to perform daily backups. Granted that it reduces the risk of data loss, however backup systems require a vast knowledge to be effective, since they have to be specifically configured for the equipment in which they are implemented. A good number of the cases that we come across are related to companies that have lost a hard drive and, when trying to restore the data from the backup, realize that the copy is corrupt.

My hard drive contains confidential company data...
Data Recover Center is committed to treat the recovered data with full confidentiality. For this purpose, we sign an agreement. The recovery protocols are designed so that the relationship data-client is unknown to the technicians and the security that encompasses the entire recovery process makes it impossible for the data to leave the facilities by any electronic or physical means.
